Have you tried http://mags.acornpreservation.org/Micro_User/index.php ?

I scanned up to halfway through June 1984 (16) before stopping for work
reasons last year. When I get some free time, I'll scan some more. It would
be nice to get a bunch of people to scan magazines, i.e. divide and conquer,
you know, a bit of parallel tasking... Dave Moore is happy to host the
scans, the format is A4 300dpi PNG.
