Maybe the most odd variant is when the seller is willing to ship to a few 
specific countries. I've seen UK based sellers who will ship internationally 
to Germany, but no other EU destinations. I've seen German sellers who will 
ship to the whole Europe except for Spain and Italy, because they had 
troublesome customers from those countries before. And so on.

In any case, I think those on eBay who are willing to ship their BBC Micro 
stuff within the whole European Union (or Worldwide even) in average can 
expect a 20-30% higher selling price than if it would only be sent within 
the already "saturated" UK market.
