I definitely have a copy, version 1.40 (32016 Tube).  I've put it in 
http://www.dunnington.u-net.com/public/BBC/ROMs/FileSystems/ADFS140-32.rom

No, when I got it, it was for a BBC B.  You need it for any BBC machine 
with a 32016.
