True. I'm not too motivated to spend time on it though; those iss. 3 machines 
are the ICL-built 'gravity-defying' ones with the horrible white IC sockets. 
Leave them for more than an hour, and half the chips seem to magically 
levitate out of their sockets :-)

(doubtless the 'working' one of the pair will need everything re-seating again 
before it'll spring into life)
