Subject: BBC + monitor available (Cambridge, UK)

Hi all,

The museum's received the following offer from a chap called Alex Scully:

"I have a BBC Micro, a Microwitet 653 CUB moniter, with Acorn Computers Ltd
Masterseries MicroComputers key board and Cumana Hard Drive
also I have a box of Maxell Minidiskette MD2-D
and A child's guide to The BBC Micro by John Dewhirst"

... sounds like it's a Master 128 rather than a model B. We don't require any
more beebs right now, and Alex was more than happy for me to let the list know
of the system's availability. ("Cumana hard drive" is interesting - I'm not
sure if that's accurate or a mis-type for 'floppy'!)

The chap's in Cherry Hinton, Cambridge - contact him directly on
"scullyanigabrielle [AT] yahoo.co.uk" if you want to arrange to pick it up.

cheers

Jules
