Subject: Help with 'B' video output (only mode7 working)

I think I will just solder to the IC leg then to be honest. I was asking 
as I thought there might be a more (top side) accessible position. I 
have soldered to IC legs before so am aware of the process (i.e. speed 
and care!) needed to prevent damage.

Thanks again for the speedy reply. I think another machine may have a 
similar issue too.. I need to look at that in detail though first to see.
