Rats. Yes it does; I've got it in paper form back in storage in the UK.

Unfortunately I don't seem to have a scan of it here with me in the US, and it 
might be a while before I can get everything shipped over here (I had a vague 
notion to build my own board from the schematic at some point).

I'll have another look in a bit as maybe I did scan it and have just misfiled 
it, but hopefully some other soul has an accessible copy, too. Otherwise you 
might have to wait for a few months :-(
