Subject: Xfer problems.

I have not used Vista myself, but I assume this will work. I have only 
actually used Xfer on a spare machine running 98, but anyway...

Instead of opening it directly, open a command prompt (or try start > 
run > cmd.exe)

Navigate your way to the xfer folder and try running it like that. At 
least this way, if there is an error, you'll get to see it (as the cli 
window won't close)
