So what does OS."FX200 2":CALL !-4 do? Just a memory clear reset?

So, is that the same level of power-on reset that *FX151,78,127 causes, or
is the *FX151,78,127 reset one up on the memory clear one?

Just wondering...

Thanks,
Steve.
