LOL, I suppose they came back to their bedroom after spending a night in the 
arcades playing Battlezone and Tempest in 1980?

And I'm sure there'd be an even earlier example of a 3D video game that 
never made it to market somewhere.

fighting against.  Maybe Acornsoft kidnapped them and forced them to
