Subject: PSU Failure

Hi.

The X2 class capacitors fail, causing that smoke.

Change both the 0.1 and the 0.01, along with the 220uF startup cap while you
have it out, and the PSU should be good for many more years.

RS 210-500 - PME271M610 0.1uF
RS 311-1024 - PME271M510 0.01uF
CPC CA04933 - 220uF 25v 105oC

Mark.
