Only recent references I can find in a quick search are in relation to
the online copy on  'andysworld.org.uk' now NOT being available. In
the discussion, YOU said you'd got the manual, so would upload it...

Googling for the old filename doesn't come up with any other
locations.  According to the original post about it being online they
were originally scanned by Matt Cocker, so there's a chance he still
has it.
