Heaven is dead, but www.ccl4.org is still alive. Joel's Haven was also 
running VHost, but I don't know what he's done with that.

CCl4 is hosted on 500k of written assembler on a battered (when it got 
posted up from London to Leeds) a5000 in Hebden bridge. By the canal.
