Usually, the (last resort) answer to all of those is eBay or possibly some 
electronics reseller. Today there exists some USB based EPROM programmers, 
but I'm not sure if they are supported on Macs or Linux for that matter. 
Booting into Windows should work. Some of the EPROMs you find may not have 
been erased, so you would need some UV lamp or other eraser along with the 
programmer.
