If that's the external one with the rotary switch to select one of eight
ROM sockets, it's very easy to troubleshoot and you don't need a
diagram.

I got mine from a local electronics repair shop.  He had a box full of
them being sold for scrap.  I bought one for a quid and once I'd found
and repaired the solder joint shorting to its neighbour it worked fine,
in fact I still have it.
