Subject: Dodgy Keyboard

Two possible solutions:

1. Spray contact cleaner/switch lubricant down the shaft of the key
(this will require removing the key top). Put the key top back on,
then repeatedly press it hard until it starts working again. Often
this requires hammering away at the key until your fingers hurt, but
it's always worked on mine (some on here will remember the fun I had
with my Master at Byte Back because I'd left it stored in my loft for
years).

2. If the above fails, find a source of keyswitches, remove the old
one and replace it. This requires soldering but it's not difficult
stuff. There may well be someone on here with the right kind of scrap
keyboard (I have a Master one in bits). Remembering that there are a
number of different B and Master keyboards with different keyswitches
in them.
