Hmm. Well it's only for temporary and ocasional use....  I'll bear
that in mind though, and keep it disconnected when not needed.

Unfortunately, the existing cable goes up trunking that's full (and
painted over) in one room, and is behind new plasterwork in another,
so just adding another cable, at least on that direct route, is a
no-no.  I agree that the cable is cheap, indeed I've got most of a
full box left.  It's the time making good afterwards...
