Absolutely nothing.

Unless somebody decides to write DOSFS for the BBC/Master (or
extends Sprow's DOSFS for the BBC/Master) with hard drive access;
or decides to write a CDROMFS.

At the moment most people who want to do drive swapping between
BBCs and PCs use a CF-Card as the drive and use ADFS Explorer to
access the contents.
