Subject: Dircopy and Logcopy Freezing on L3 Econet

OK, fixed it. The problem happens when it tries to select ADFS with
OSBYTE &8F, X=&12. The disc drive was switched off, so when I switched
it on the drive light came on. If I do *FADFS before RUN it's fine.

I don't quite see why the machine freezes though, CAPS LOCK is frozen
whilst it's waiting for the disc. You don't get that happening if you do
*ADFS.

Now I've got them running, they're not the utilities I was after. Which is
the one which can do a logical copy from one net directory to another?

Best wishes,

Ian

Both machines have internal co-processors but they are disabled. They
have worked fine in the past, so something has happened. I need to investigate
a bit more to get to the bottom of it.

Best wishes,

Ian

Hi.

If its enabled, try turning off the Tube on the machine that's running
these. It "might" help. The only reason I suggest this is I had a couple
of strange problems with HDInit a while ago (cured by running that with
the Tube disabled)

I may be completely wrong :D , but it won't do any harm to try it if the
machine(s) your running it on have it enabled.

Andy.
