Of course, they are UTTERLY taking the p*** with the pricing. At a mere 
$229.99 (USD), that becomes ?349.99 (EUR) on their European site or 
?325.16 (EUR) on Amazon.fr (the product is not carried on Amazon.co.uk).

There ought to be laws against that sort of pricing, for I make that 
many dollars to be ?160.71 (EUR) on www.xe.com/ucc/ and 161.09 at 
www.exchangerate.com. Bllomberg gives me 160.81. The highest offering is 
NASDAQ which suggests 182.82. All using current rates as of +/- half an 
hour of the time of this email (a bit moot though, aren't the markets 
closed on a Sunday? <g>). In any case, there's just no way I can coax 
out a figure that is MORE euros than dollars, never mind half again as much.

This is a great shame, for that cool gadget at a tad over 150 euros 
would have been extremely enticing (as in 75% likely I'd have bought one 
before Christmas). At three fifty (or FIVE HUNDRED USD!), they can put 
their amazing creation where the sun doesn't shine. :-(
