Subject: 6502 Tube OS 1.20

In the course of improving the software for ReCo6502,
I have fixed a few Tube OS 1.10 bugs, optimised parts
of the code, and added the '*GOS' command.

Users of an 'ordinary' 6502 Second Processor or 65C102
Co-processor for the Master can now benefit from this
if they want to. I have created a separate 'Tube OS
1.20' that offers said improvements.
