If by "liberties" you mean whether all those levels were actually
completable, I think the answer is no.  ;)  But a lot of that hard
work has been done, I believe.  Try looking at the older news articles
on www.stairwaytohell.com.  Specifically, I suggest reading the
entries for 28 July 2006 and 23 Sept 2007.  I think they'll be of
interest to you.
