I'm sure this isn't the longest time to respond to a request but it must 
be close...
I've finally dug out the the two disks containing the utilities etc, the 
disk containing C compiler and found images of the two ROMS should get 
them transferred over to a PC tomorrow and emailed out to you.
Any suggestions for websites to host them for posterity would be welcome.
