Check the "In Stock Only" and "Exclude Extended Range items" boxes when
you run the search. That hides anything that's US stock or currently
unavailable

The general rule for capacitor voltage ratings is, basically, "more is
better". Replacing a 25V capacitor with a 50V capacitor (for example) is
fine, as long as the replacement fits. Going from, say, a 200V capacitor
to a 50V will likely produce fireworks.
