Subject: Configuration EEPROM size

The power supply for my Master Compact isn't working. Can somebody
run the following code and report the results:

A%=161:X%=255:Y%=50:PRINT ~USR&FFF4

It reads the size of the configuration EEPROM. Documentation says
it should return Y=size-1, eg 255 for a 256-byte EEPROM. Testing
on B-Em returns 0 implying no EEPROM present, but then trying to
change any settings has no effect anyway which could be correct.
