Ouch :( - mine was considerably less impressive!

The good news is that I've been able to replace the PSU with one from a 
slimline PC.  I've just re-united the MDFS with a the hard disc and it's 
booted :)  It's an easy "upgrade" :)

One picture is the MDFS running from the bench PSU, the other a with the 
PC PSU in place, the photos are of poor quality as they are taken from 
my phone.

Thanks should partially go to Ian from BeebMaster as it was his photos 
of an expansion box that let me work out the wiring.
