Depends on the Boot Sale, Junk Sale, Rally.

DDRC is well known for bargains!

But now the secret is out, everybody will be there on the list next
year, except JGH, because "That's miles away!"

(and prices will go up!)

I'm actually a radio ham myself :-)

Thing is, when I used to go to normal radio rallies (admittedly
haven't been to one for many years now), they were basically trade
shows with 99% brand new stuff sold by dealers and manufacturers, with
maybe an overpriced bring-and-buy stall if you're lucky.

I was thinking more of the boot-sale type arrangement at Luton where
it's mostly private individuals with small pitches selling old junk
for peanuts.

Tim.
