Looks ok. Note that although the normal assignment is that pin 1 is A14
and the linked datasheet labels it as A5, that's irrelevant for a RAM
device, as it doesn't really matter what order the internal locations
are actually arranged in. The important matter is that pin 27 is WE,
pin 22 is OE and pin 20 is CS.

It's highly unlikely that you'd be able to obtain parts nowaday
too slow to operate in a BBC.
