Subject: Recent discussion re: Laserdisc controlling Master

Hello all.

Before I stick this on the 'Bay I thought I'd report back.

Firstly, it does no genlock at all, so has never overlaid text onto the
Laserdisc output a la Domesday. Secondly, it was configured (at one point
at least) to control a VCR as the instructions taped to the lid refer to
inserting a tape into the VCR before booting the (unknown) software via Shift-Break.
Thirdly, it isn't a Master Turbo as I (mis) remembered, but has a 80186 internal
co-processor instead.

Does this make it more or less interesting? Who knows...

-Austin.
