Subject: Extra PHROM indexed suitable for making a clock

Hi,
Someone recently pointed me at a phrase ROM ('PHROM') which came as part of
a clock demo kit. Having looked at it, it turns out to be compatible with
the Acorn speech upgrade.

So - for anyone with one of my reprogrammable PHROMs you can try it out

As the speech data only takes up 4k, there's 12k spare to put a BASIC
program in ROMFS format, though that will require a bit of hex editor action
to relocate the word table because ROMFS format PHROMs must have the '(C)'
header at the start.
