Are you sure there's no ROM? It should be on the PCB. Have you
tried plugging it in? It should start up saying:

Acorn TUBE Z80 64K 1.20
(current filing system)
(current language)
Insert CP/M System disc in drive A

Disks are available at http://mdfs.net/CPM/Acorn
You can write them to physical disks with your favourite
image-to-disk application. Some are here:
http://mdfs.net/Apps/DiskTools
Other Acorn CPM stuff is available at http://mdfs.net/CPM

Yes. The 'T' indicates that the Tube support code is included.

DNFS is for the 8271. Due to the extra code to use the 1770 it
wasn't possible to fit DFS, NFS and Tube all in the same 16K
ROM, 1770 DFSs come on their own in their own ROM. Acorn 1770
DFSs are version 2.xx. (1.xx and 0.xx are 8271.)
(See http://mdfs.net/System/ROMs/Filing/Disk/Acorn/versions )
