That's correct as they /are/ going to the effort to archive them and 
make
them available. The "archive" clause is usable primarility to ensure 
the
work does not vanish into history, whereas Silcon Chip are actively
doing that themselves.

As a comparison, look at the World of Spectrum archives. Almost all of
it is work recovered and archived that otherwise would have vanished.
