DiskToImg on RISC OS, Master or BBC
BACKUP on BBC/Master
Various tools such as OmniDisk, OmniFlip on Windows platforms.

If it's Flex for the BBC I'm assuming the BBC has a 8271, so it the 
disks
will be single density, so imagable with BBC.
