You can watch the control signals which connect the various datapath
elements to the internal busses and to the pins, clock phase by clock
phase. For example

http://www.visual6502.org/JSSim/expert.html?graphics=f&a=0&d 2143ea&a=4321&d=60&logmore=dpc38_PCLADL,dpc32_PCHADH,State&steps=40

or for a view of the internal busses:

http://www.visual6502.org/JSSim/expert.html?graphics=f&a=0&d 2143ea&a=4321&d=60&logmore=dor,adl,adh,idb,sb,rw,notRnWprepad,~DBE,RnWstretched&steps=40

Or, using the info at
http://visual6502.org/wiki/index.php?title=JssimUserHelp#Busses_and_signals_of_interest
you
can watch all the datapath controls at once:
http://www.visual6502.org/JSSim/expert.html?graphics=f&a=0&d 2143ea&a=4321&d=60&logmore=DPControl&steps=40

I'm a bit surprised to see the databus only being driven during phi2. I
supposed that using the databus for other purposes during phi1 necessitated
isolating the CPU.

Cheers
Ed
