It will probably work okay, although I haven't researched it well
enough to be sure.

I replaced the RAM in mine with 100 ns parts, just to be on the safe
side. So I can't check. Well, I could, but I'm not replacing parts
on a rather rare 32016 Second Processor that frivolously .... I've
been running it successfully at 11 MHz (with an entirely 10 MHz
rated chipset).
