Subject: Old advert - programming job in Bradford

Perusing some of my old copies of Micro User I find the following 1/8
page advert in several issues in 1988:

Assembly, Machine Code Programmers Required
For contract work on BBC, Sinclair, Commodore, Amstrad
Please send CV and samples on BBC 5.25" disc to
PO Box 3, Bradford, West Yorks, BD14 6AZ

My first thought was: how on earth did I miss these adverts? I'd been
trying to get people to pay me to program for ages, even then. But then,
as now, my brain tends to edit adverts out of my conciousness in all
media.

My second thought was: I wonder who they were. There's no indication or
anything other than the PO Box address. Any ideas?
