I'm sorry. That should of course be 0.02. Which kind of
invalidates the point about 1 frame of delay, but does
force the question : where is the extra 9 frames of lag
coming from ? It can hardly be the converter, since there
is no point in lagging more than 1 or perhaps 2 frames
(depending on the display logic).
