I couldn't work it out from the code, I thought it was opening a file 
select/browser/thing defaulting to stairwaytohell, from which the user 
then browses to whatever they want to download. If it could be changed 
to do the equivalent of SYS "FileOpen",last_opened_uri$ TO 
selected_file$ then that would do it.
