Subject: Dual Floppy Drive issue

Hi,

I recently got hold of a dual 5.25" drive for the BBC. I'm hoping someone might 
have an idea about the symptoms I'm seeing with it:

- Both drives are Wongs Technology drives which I can find no info about.
- Both drives work well as singles drives but not well together.
- When together, the cable connects to drive 1/3 first, then to 0/2 second.
- Only drive 0/2 has a terminator on it.

This is correctly set up I believe.

When connected together and drive 0 or 2 is accessed, the LED lights up, disc 
spins but head does not move or read the disc. It times out with disc fault 18. 
Drive 1 and 3 will read the disc fine.
When single (and with terminator installed) either drive will work and read the 
disc.

So, why would drive 0/2 not be reading the disc when drive 1/3 is connected to 
it?
