Subject: 32016 Second Processor on DE0 Nano

Yay !

We now have a fully working 32016 Second Processor running on a
Terasic DE0 Nano development board. With 4 or possibly 8 MB of
memory.

Thanks to Udo M?ller for the 32016 core, in cooperation with whom
three core bugs and/or incompatibilities were eliminated.
