Wholly generic hardware, with the usual problems.

That project has been collecting dust, although it's perfectly
pushable towards something that works in a more general way.
But only few people showed any genuine interest, so I'm not
in a hurry (to put it mildly).

And if you don't like wasting your money on clunky and half-arsed,
something like GoSDC (well established, and more functional than
any other storage solution currently available ...). :-)
