Subject: How does a VT180 send break?

I'm trying to get my DEC VT180 to send out a break under program
control.  In other words, has anyone a working modem7 SENDBRK routine
for the VT180?  I know the machine is capable of it since it nicely
breaks in terminal, but my ignorant attempts to make the 8251 do my
bidding have been dismal failures.
