Subject: SYSLIB 3.0

       The first step in the creation of ZCPR3 is now complete (at least
for the time being).  This is the creation of SYSLIB 3.0 from SYSLIB 2.7.
The following message is a rather complete documentation of the differences
between these two.  If anyone knows of any bugs I have not corrected or
has any ideas as to what additional features should go into SYSLIB 3.0,
please drop me a message.

       Note that Z3LIB, which contains the ZCPR3-specific utilities,
is now a separate library from SYSLIB 3.0.  Z3LIB is still evolving and
details will be released later on it.
