Subject: CRC error checking in XModem

I am implementing the XModem protocol on a non CP/M system and I am interested
in
the exact method by which the CRC value is generated, what portion of the
XModem
packet is used to compute the CRC and the differences in the protocol when
the CRC
option is used.  Can anyone out there help?
