Zilog now has a CMOS Z-80 pin and function compatable. It is
called the Z84C00 and Z84C00-4 for Z-80 and Z-80A replacements,
respectively.  Icc is 25mA @ 4 Mhz and 10uA @ DC.. Quite a 
difference!
