 This will probably happen in the years following any catastrophe but there
may not be enough cash. I expect some companies will go backrupt because of
civil damages claims. Any machine or software sold now which fails to cope
should be condemned.
 There is no point waiting for the disaster to happen though and this means
it will cost everyone something for the time being. How much the innocent
parties get back is something for the lawyers to work on.
