At a recent idea showers meeting, product evangelists and platform atheists decided to touch base offline and develop a holistic, cradle-to-grave approach to going forward and incentivising colleagues. This challenge was not easy, as you can't turn a tanker around with a speed boat change, but by looking under the bonnet and grabbing the low hanging fruit, we hit a bullseye on the ideas dartboard. It was decided to pre-prepare, use forward planning and by sprinkling our magic encourage colleagues to conversate in plain English. From the get-go colleagues can now gather in this space, use 360-degree thinking and go forward together to enable them to implement this new policy to assist them in climbing that strategic staircase. By actioning this new policy we will capture our colleagues in to giving 110%, so that they too will be living the values. We are assessing and mitigating immediate impacts, and developing a high-level overview. If need be we can leverage our colleagues talents, display and inspire unyielding integrity, should we need to go down to that level of granularity. Colleagues may well feel that they are in negative territory, but we are still optimistic things will feed through the delivery pipe line if we get all our ducks in a row, so we'd better not let the grass grow too long on this one. Fortunately we've got our fingers down the throat of the organisation of that nodule. Colleagues who do feel they have not enough bandwidth to implement this policy must remember you can't have your cake and eat it, so you have to step up to the plate and face the music, so as stakeholders, you must come to the party or be left out.
