Access address is fully decoded into &FC00-&FC0F range.

Nothing responds to &FC00-&FC07.

Other address are:

FC08/9 ACIA 1 (MIDI OUT 1)
FC0A/B ACIA 2 (MIDI OUT 2)
FC0C/D ACIA 3 (MIDI OUT 3, MIDI IN)
FC0E/F Bit Latch - b0 of data copied to an unused output pin of a latch

This implies that the *MIDI command can be used to route SOUND commands to a MIDI port,
using:

*MIDI &FC08 for MIDI OUT 1
*MIDI &FC0A for MIDI OUT 2
*MIDI &FC0C for MIDI OUT 3
