Update: I'm also going through all my programs testing them with the Liberty Basic Booster frontend to BBC BASIC. At the moment all I'm doing is try to run them with BB4W_v6.exe. After this initial testing I'll do some deeper testing to see where the failures occur.
I have set up a SendTo shortcut with target (path to BB4W_v6.exe) and test the programs by doing Menu->SendTo->BB4W_v6. I have noticed some of the failures are solved by running BB4W_v6.exe and loading the program via its FileOpen dialog.
