I am researching the process needed to change a council electoral cycle,
and found your report of 3rd November 2004.

The new Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act Bill going
through Parliament requires councils to "consult such persons as it thinks
appropriate on the proposed change".

Can you tell me who Broadland Council consulted on its changes.
